This is the Regency dress that I’m currently working on. It’s a mix of a machine embroidered border eyelet fabric and me doing some applique and hand-embroidery to match. I’ll post a picture when it’s finished, but you can see where I’m headed.

It’s lovely, Mary! Are you using a particular pattern? I’ve got the Elegant Lady’s Closet for my gown, but I also really liked the drop front gown, AKA the Scalzi dress. The drop front seems like it would accommodate either modern under garments or short stays a little better.
