We got word today that they have decided to hire someone else as Asset Manager. So, Iceland is off the table, officially. We’re both relieved to have a definite answer to something and also disappointed. Rob has sent an email to Daddi telling him to sell the KTM.

Yes, we are a little saddened, although, as Rob points out, none of our options were bad ones. I mean, we like Portland. New York is exciting. We like Iceland. Living in any of those places will be a fine thing. It is nice to reduce the level of uncertainty somewhat.
Tell Rob not to feel too bad about the KTM. I heard about a recall yesterday that involves leaking fuel tanks that can catch fire.
