Much to our surprise, it’s snowing today. It’s the first real snow that I’ve had in Portland in years. I know it’s snowed here more recently, but I always manage to be out of town somehow. You’d think, after spending a year in Iceland, that I wouldn’t be as excited as I am.
On the other hand, that could be because I had a dentist appointment and had to cancel it. I love snow.
I’m not surprised. It’s cold enough in Phoneix for snow if we only had the moisture.
Needless to say, we won’t be dropping by for that plywood today…

Actually, y’all out west could ship us some snow. Chicago hasn’t gotten hardly an inch this year.
I have a suspicion we’ll be paying for that come March or April.
Isn’t it great! I have never seen so many of my neighbors outside. I found all kinds of excuses to go for walks yesterday.
