Dialated eyes

I have been going to the eye doctor since I was very small. But it\’s been years since I\’ve had my eyes dialated. It is impossible to focus right now, which I find disturbing and yet intriguing. I am totally touch typing, because the letters on the screen are so blurry. It is different than just having my glasses off, because my distance vision is still intact. Maybe this is a preview of getting old.

  1. Last time I had my pupils dilated, I ran around staring all my friends down in very close range while announcing that I was a lemur.

And then I took a nap. It clears up after the nap!

  2. My wife and kids just went to the eye doctor last week and the doctor dialated their eyes. My daughter didn’t like it at all. I haven’t had my eyes dialated in a long time either. I am due to go though; maybe I should be ready for it. I hope you are able to get your work done.

  3. I HATE getting my eyes dilated. I’ve had it done at every annual checkup for years. When I leave, I
can barely see and any light hurts my eyes. I haven’t to walk looking down at the ground, covering my eyes from the top. Ughhh. It lasts a few hours.
