I went down to Westry Winery with Rob to help with the bottling line. This was my first time working on an assembly line and boy, it was as dull as one might expect. My job was to put the capsules on the top of the bottle. This is the piece of foil that goes over the cork. It looks like a film canister, minus lid, before it’s smoothed into place. A machine does the smoothing. I just do the placeing. We did 1600 cases of wine today.
