It’s really pretty, but usually when the barista does something nifty in my cup, I can’t help thinking that I’d rather just have a drier cappuccino. Super techniques like this only work when it’s too wet for my taste. 🙂
We used to have a small coffee shop around the corner that does this. Too bad they moved. Every time I get coffee there, I stare and admire it a lil bit before I start sipping!
