Since she looks like me if I haven’t had the time to straighten my hair after I shower, I figured it was the only choice. That and nyahaha I snagged Coraline *giggle*

My niece, who has naturally straight hair, straightens her hair because it’s not straight enough. I’ve always wanted curly hair. I guess it’s a fashion thing.
If you’re like me and have wavy hair that tends to poof out, a straightener can be a godsend. It not only straightens your hair but smooths out frizz and, dependent upon whether or not you have a “nice” straightener, will make your hair look silkier as well. I tend to look less like a teenager (I know, I know, looking sixteen when you’re a decade past it is a godsend, really, but it doesn’t help make a good impression on a CEO, lol) and more like an adult when I straighten my hair. Technically, if you have a skinny straightener and know how to manipulate it, you can create curls in your hair…but I’ve got a big wide one and have never tried *that*. 🙂
I have hair that can go either way, which is very lucky. The challenge is making either state look intentional.
Ain’t that the truth. Ah, “fashion”.
