I am on my way to Chattanooga for a week. The occasion? On Sunday, I will turn 40 and I decided to invite some writer friends and throw myself a retreat. It should be a lot of fun and hopefully productive for all of us. The only downside is that Rob is not coming. The only day he could get in for the physical he needs prior to his hand surgery is in the middle of the retreat. I will, of course, keep you posted on that.

Happy Birthday! That sounds like fun. I turn 40 at the end of the month and we are going to San Diego this weekend to celebrate. I think turning 40 needs to be celebrated.
