What can I say? We slept in. I made muffins. We took a walk, came home and napped in the sun. This evening we watched Sid Caesar and ate dinner. Rob is already in bed and I’m heading there myself.
A nice relaxing day. I got up and went to have my haircut, then went grocery shopping with Rob and Wayne. Boy, are we showing him the highlights of ReykjavÃk or what? Oh! And I’m now going to write a sentence that I never thought I’d write. Rob bought wine in a box. That’s right.
We got a care package from Hawaii this week. Yay, Pat and Glenn! Besides yummy treats like macademia nuts, this box included a Norwegian hand-knitted sweater that a cousin from Norway made for Glenn in 1962. Rob is wearing it to work today. He should be the envy of our colleagues.
Yay! All-Star Stories just released the cover art for the Twenty Epics anthology. This is the first time that one of my stories has appeared in a book, so I’m fairly excited. I’ve been trying to figure out which character on the cover is related to my story, “Bound Man”

For the first time in what feels like weeks, I have not manipulated any trash. I did live hands today for several scenes and am fairly tired. Rob’s college roomate and good friend, Dean, is out visiting us. He’s a lot of fun. We went to the rotating restaurant on the top of the Pearl.
