Today I did laundry, washed the dishes, took out the garbage and the recycling, and mailed two manuscripts, a book and a package of licorice. I made appointments with my eye doctor for a check-up, with gutter repair services for estimates and an arborist to have our trees pruned. I also arranged to have our windows replaced with ones which will actually open, though it is tempting to paint the new ones shut so that they are consistent with the age of the house.
I also wrote 2800 words.
