To Kill A Mockingbird

Rob and I went to see the 1962 film last night at the Laurelhurst. It was one of the rare times when we went into a film where I knew more about it than he did. He’d never read the book or seen a stage version, so was seeing the movie virtually blind. Afterwards he said that all he knew was that it involved Gregory Peck and a trial. We were both impressed and moved by the film. It was really outstanding.
