Those fish tacos sound amazing! How did they turn out?
Really well. This is the second time I made them. The first time I used catfish and this time I used chilean sea bass. I think I prefer the catfish because it’s lighter.
My wife loves fish tacos. Actually she’s in NYC right now for work. Have any leftovers for her? 🙂
The slaw and salad sound really good. As does the pie, but that’s a given.
