MRK onsite Instructor at Sandia Starforgers Writers Retreat & Workshop

I’d love for you to join me at a new writers retreat and workshop in Albuquerque, New Mexico being organized by my friend and New Mexico author, Marie Parks. The curriculum is designed for science-fiction, fantasy, horror, and other speculative fiction writers at any stage of their career.

I will be one of the on-site instructors, and we will be critiquing 5,000 word submissions to help you polish up your pages, guiding you through crafting your pitch, and cheering you on as you practice your pitch with publishers. We will be discussing multiple paths towards publication with an even hand.

There will also be a reading and signing event at Books On the Bosque, a local independent bookstore, so you can see how I select a passage and interact with attendees.

Early bird tickets are now available for both on-site and off-site lodging options, and there is a scholarship available for a New Mexico writer with financial need. I hope you will consider attending.
