Foam, glorious foam

We actually did the foam work last week, but that was while my computer was wonky, so you’re just getting to see the pictures now. Basically, I’ve constructed Keenan’s head out of two types of foam, using different densities depending on what I need them to do.

After I do that, I install the lower jaw, which I’ve done in this picture of Dani’s head.

Today we spent time building the torso, covering the head with fleece and assembling legs. This is one of the technical drawings for the puppets.
