Why yes, I am a giant geek. Now, the thing you need to understand is that when I wrote Shades of Milk and Honey, I wasn’t writing it to sell it. I was writing a book I wanted to read. As such, it includes things that I might not have included otherwise. For instance I snuck in a Doctor Who reference.
