I just found out that I sold my short story Rampion to The First Line! This is my third sale. And on the same day, I found out that I won the latest round of the Liberty Hall Flash Fiction challenges. No money for this one, but it was a lot of fun.
Rob is in the basement repairing my bike. This is a classic husband moment, I think. It began with a flat tire, and has progressed through tube repair, into tube and tire replacement and now we are at wheel hub rebuild. So, rather than a slow leak I had to remember to pump up before

We had a lovely gathering here with fifteen friends for a champagne tasting. Rob used to do these before we met, but hadn’t done one in years. It was a lovely afternoon. I will post a photo or two later, with the menu.
We had brunch this morning with Rob’s folks, which was lovely. Now, I’m somehow dealing with the Program Book again. >sigh
I just landed in Minneapolis and my next flight doesn’t leave until 9:13 p.m. Jetlag is not really noticeable yet, although last night was the first night that I slept normally. Today has still been busy, but it’s been a little slower than yesterday. So I got to watch two of the episodes that I haven’t seen yet. I worked on both, but they finished post production after we left. Ziggy’s Alien is fun, but I love the music video in Secret Agent Zero.
Today is all about the puppet characters so this is the first moment I’ve had off set, and I only have about five minutes. Things are great. It’s good to see everyone and we’re clipping through the material quickly.

Most of the out of country cast is staying at the Hótel Frón I saw some of the cast at breakfast this morning. They got in yesterday and were on their way to the studio today. I go in tomorrow.
