To Salt Lake City

We’re heading over to Rediscovered Books this morning to sign the stock I couldn’t last night, due to the truck difficulties.

Then we hit the road to Salt Lake City where I’ll be reading at Weller Book Works tonight at 7pm.

Truly, this whole drive/perform combination reminds me of my days on tour with puppet theater. This stretch, in particular, is very nostalgic because I used to be on what we called, “The Idaho Tour.” The theater I was with performed at 80% of the schools in Idaho.

Basically, if you went to elementary school between 1993 and 1999, chances are that I performed for you. Maybe that’s why I felt like I needed a puppet show with me this evening…

See you in Salt Lake City.

  1. I can’t make it to your reading tonight — I’m supposed to be hiding at Provo Towne Center Mall in disguise as part of a church activity for the youth. I’ll probably see you at Dragonsteel Central afterwards, though. And I’m sure Sandra wants to head up.

  2. I tried to meet you at Rediscovered while you were signing stock, the owner had called me the night prior but I missed you by 45 minutes after I got my son ready to go and got to Downtown Boise.  🙁  Next time, perhaps?  Thank you so much for the book though! And for stopping in.

    1. Sorry to hear that. I’d replied to you on Facebook saying that we’d be coming in before the store opened and out too quickly to meet anyone. I’m sorry you didn’t get that.
