  1. Nice job Mary.
    One question though. Why did you go with the detached non-emotional read for this story? Personally I like the reader to be more expressive, especially when it’s the author and especially when she is such a good actor to boot. Just a different choice I suppose.
    Good work on the story and the recording sounded much better than the first, wow! Way too many popped P’s. Another plus to marrying a recording engineer.
    Congratulations on your continuing march to writerdom! It seems to be in your sites.

  3. Minister: Ask anyone who knows me, I am dreadful at ‘rithmatic. Really, really bad. I’m close to being completely innumerate.

    Sam: Ouch! I thought I was doing an emotionally invested narrator. I must not be as good an actor as you think.

    Dad: Yes. We get a big kick out of it. I thought about sending Robin a pronuciation guide afterwords, but I’ll save it for the next time.
