There are some first editions mixed in with the batch, but there are limited quantities. We are selling them at the discounted rate of $20, plus shipping. In the US, these are shipped via USPS priority mail by default, with the book in bubble wrap inside a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope. (International orders will be packaged in this manner by default.)
